Safe Spaces Wins Their First NBA Championship!
After 3 years of intensive training the Safe Spaces team has earned their first championship title. Basketball has opened doors beyond the court for the young women of Safe Spaces. We have received 8 full educational scholarships for junior girls in training, which will result in four full years of high school education in boarding schools - a very favorable option for youth from the eastlands. We anticipate that the players of our winning team will also be recruited by teams in the league sponsored by local corporations, which will also bring employment to the program. 

After 3 years of investment, the basketball program is posting huge returns for Safe Spaces. Congrats to all of your hard work!
